Finding points in a .kml file

Linked App: Bad Elf GPS

I use Google Earth to drop pins of locations on a highway that I intend to core for samples. I then save that file as a .kml and take it with me to the job site. How can I utilize my GNSS Surveyor to help me easily find those points? When I pull up the .kml file, I see the pins on the map. When I pull up Bad Elf's GNSS Surveyor, I see my location on the map but no pins. Is there a way to fire up GNSS Surveyor and then open the .kml file so that my pins AND my location will show on the same screen? Is so, I could simply walk up to my first pin and see it all on the map. Currently I have to review my coordinates of a pin and observe the coordinates on the Bad Elf and walk around while watching the coordinates change on the Bad Elf until I locate my spot.
